Definitely one of our favourite dishes – so refreshing and light! Ideal to bring a bit of Caribbean feel into your house with this recipe. This is the first vegan cake I tried and I loved how straight forward it was. Best bit for me was to use home-grown apples from my parent’s garden. Lucky me! Brighten up your morning with this yummy yet healthy green smoothie shared by Christiane from her tropical island home in Panama bringing some summer feeling into your kitchen 🙂 So yummy and healthy: Cut half a ripe Papaya into pieces and put in a blender together with 6 Kale leaves (stems removed ).
